Hair Transplant Packages in Turkey: What’s Included and What They Cost
Last updated: November 7, 2026 · By the Editorial Team · Editorial guide, not sponsored
Short answer: Most hair transplant clinics in Turkey sell all-inclusive packages. In our 2026 check of five Istanbul clinics, every all-inclusive package covered the procedure, hotel nights (2–5) and transfers, and entry packages cost $2,020–$3,590 (€1,800–€3,200). Interpreters, aftercare products, PRP, follow-up and guarantees varied. Flights, travel insurance and extra nights are usually extra.
We read the published package and price pages of the five Istanbul clinics in our price set on November 7, 2026. We do not name the clinics here, because this guide compares what packages contain, not which clinic to choose. Our methodology page explains how the price set is built.
What a package usually includes
| Item | Clinics that list it (of 5) | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| The procedure (FUE, Sapphire FUE or DHI) | 5 | Graft limits differ; see below |
| Hotel nights | 5 | 2–5 nights; one clinic also sells a procedure-only option without a hotel |
| Transfers between airport, hotel and clinic | 5 | Usually a private vehicle |
| Interpreter or patient coordinator | 4 | One clinic named the languages offered |
| Aftercare products or care kit | 5 | Contents are rarely listed; 2 clinics named medications |
| Pre-operative blood tests | 2 | Listed as a package item |
| First hair wash at the clinic | 3 | Mentioned in aftercare information rather than as a package item |
| PRP (platelet-rich plasma) | 2 | A third clinic’s page was unclear; none stated the number of sessions |
| Follow-up | 4 | 3 clinics described a year or more of follow-up; 1 mentioned a check the day after surgery |
| Written guarantee | 2 | Both with conditions, such as following the aftercare instructions |

How the number of grafts affects the price
Clinics set their graft rules in different ways. In our check:
- Three clinics said the package price does not change with the graft count. One of them covers up to 5,000 grafts.
- One clinic covers up to 4,000 grafts and charges extra for a larger session of up to 6,000.
- One clinic published example prices that rise with the number of grafts.
Some packages are described as “max graft”. That describes the limit, not your plan. Ask how many grafts the doctor plans for you and how that number was worked out. Our guide on how many grafts you need explains how surgeons estimate it.
Package prices in 2026
| Package type | Price range in our set | What usually changes |
|---|---|---|
| Entry all-inclusive | $2,020–$3,590 (€1,800–€3,200) | The baseline: procedure, hotel and transfers |
| FUE | $2,410–$4,140 (€2,150–€3,690) | Technique |
| Sapphire FUE | $2,680–$6,500 (€2,390–€5,790) | Technique and package tier |
| DHI | $3,690–$8,980 (€3,290–€8,000) | Technique and package tier |
Higher-priced packages in our set differed mainly in hotel class and number of nights, the type of transfer, which members of the team perform each step, and extra therapies such as PRP. Turkish rules set out who may perform each step of a hair transplant; our safety guide summarizes them. For prices by graft count and a comparison with nine countries, see our Turkey hair transplant cost guide.
What is usually not included
- Return flights
- Travel insurance; GOV.UK notes that standard travel insurance does not normally cover elective surgery abroad
- Extra hotel nights before or after the package dates
- Meals beyond breakfast
- A room for a companion, which one clinic listed as extra
- Long-term hair loss medications, which one clinic listed as not included
Our cost guide estimates these extra costs in its additional costs table.
Packages for women and unshaven procedures
None of the five clinics we checked published a separate package price for women or for unshaven procedures. One clinic said an unshaven procedure costs more because it takes longer. If either applies to you, ask for a written quote that states the technique, the graft count and how much hair will be shaved. Our female hair transplant guide explains the options.
Guarantees and follow-up
Two of the five clinics described a written guarantee. One offers a free revision session for graft failure; the other describes an 18-month evaluation period. Both apply only if the patient follows the pre- and post-operative instructions, and one notes that some health conditions and habits such as smoking may fall outside it.
Follow-up also varies, from a check the day after surgery to a year or more of scheduled check-ins. The NHS advises checking what aftercare a clinic abroad provides before you book. Ask:
- Is the guarantee in writing, what does it cover and for how long?
- What would make the guarantee void?
- How is follow-up done once you are home: by photo, video or in person?
- Who should you contact if you have a concern after you fly home?
How to compare packages
Two packages with a similar price can contain different things. Ask each clinic to confirm in writing:
- The technique and the number of grafts planned for you, not only the maximum
- Who examines you and who performs each step of the procedure
- Hotel class, number of nights and the dates they cover
- Transfers, interpreter or coordinator
- Medications and the contents of the aftercare kit
- Whether PRP is included, and how many sessions
- The follow-up schedule and how it is done
- Guarantee terms, if any
- Everything that is not included, and the payment and cancellation terms
Our checklists on how to compare quotes and how to choose a clinic go into more detail.
